Subsequently, your order will be transmitted to our transit team, which collaborates with our supplier and/or warehouse manager to confirm the immediate availability of your chosen item for prompt packaging and shipment.
In the event of unavailability or backordering (if the selected item is currently out of stock), the pre-authorization will be canceled, and a prompt email communication will inform you of this situation. If the ordered items are ready for shipping within 7-14 days or if your order includes Made-to-order or customized items with lead times ranging from 2-24 weeks, charges will be processed, and the shipping process will commence. Upon completion of the manufacturing process and the items being prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice containing tracking information.

Your prompt provision of visual documentation allows us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf, expediting the resolution process.
In the case of defective items, our commitment is to facilitate replacements at no additional cost to you. It is crucial to thoroughly inspect any damage sustained during shipment immediately upon delivery. If any discrepancies are identified, it is essential to file any necessary claims within 2 days of receiving the items. Your timely notification of any shipment damages, whether via email or phone, allows us to take appropriate measures, including promptly sending a replacement or initiating a full refund of the purchase price. It's important to note that any delays in filing claims may result in additional expenses for you, our valued customer.
For shipments handled via freight, extra care is warranted during the examination process. We kindly ask that you refrain from refusing the shipment outright. Any return of the shipment should only occur subsequent to our issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Without the requisite RMA, regrettably, we cannot accept any returned shipments. Therefore, it is essential to coordinate with our team to obtain the necessary authorization. Please note that if a shipment is returned without an RMA, the responsibility for such action lies with the customer.
Prompt reporting of any missing items is essential and should be completed within 3 days of receiving your package. If a package arrives at your doorstep with items missing, we implore you to contact us immediately via email or phone. It's important to understand that we cannot assume liability for missing items if more than 3 days have elapsed since the receipt of the package. Additionally, in cases involving undeliverable or refused merchandise, please be aware that freight charges will be incurred in both directions, even if the initial purchase was made with the benefit of Free shipping.
