Upon successfully placing your order, immediate actions will follow. You will receive a notification and a detailed confirmation email sent to the provided address via our dedicated iFireplacesUSA email. This email is crucial as it signifies the successful processing of your purchase in our system and the pre-authorization of your credit card. Subsequently, your order will be transmitted to our transit team, which collaborates with our supplier and/or warehouse manager to confirm the immediate availability of your chosen item for prompt packaging and shipment.
In the event of unavailability or backordering (if the selected item is currently out of stock), the pre-authorization will be canceled, and a prompt email communication will inform you of this situation. If the ordered items are ready for shipping within 7-14 days or if your order includes Made-to-order or customized items with lead times ranging from 2-24 weeks, charges will be processed, and the shipping process will commence. Upon completion of the manufacturing process and the items being prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice containing tracking information.

Upon receiving your ordered item(s), we request that you conduct a thorough examination of the packaging. In the case of defective items, our commitment is to facilitate replacements at no additional cost to you. It is crucial to thoroughly inspect any damage sustained during shipment immediately upon delivery. If any discrepancies are identified, it is essential to file any necessary claims within 2 days of receiving the items. Your timely notification of any shipment damages, whether via email or phone, allows us to take appropriate measures, including promptly sending a replacement or initiating a full refund of the purchase price. It's important to note that any delays in filing claims may result in additional expenses for you, our valued customer.
For shipments handled via freight, extra care is warranted during the examination process. In instances where any damage or missing items are detected, it becomes the customer's responsibility to meticulously document these issues on the bill of lading before providing acknowledgment for the delivery. We kindly ask that you refrain from refusing the shipment outright. Any return of the shipment should only occur subsequent to our issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Without the requisite RMA, regrettably, we cannot accept any returned shipments. Therefore, it is essential to coordinate with our team to obtain the necessary authorization. Please note that if a shipment is returned without an RMA, the responsibility for such action lies with the customer.
Prompt reporting of any missing items is essential and should be completed within 3 days of receiving your package. If a package arrives at your doorstep with items missing, we implore you to contact us immediately via email or phone. It's important to understand that we cannot assume liability for missing items if more than 3 days have elapsed since the receipt of the package. Additionally, in cases involving undeliverable or refused merchandise, please be aware that freight charges will be incurred in both directions, even if the initial purchase was made with the benefit of Free shipping.

The Symmetry XT-Smart models in 74”, 88”, and 100” offer the option of being connected to 240 volts, increasing the heat output to 3000 watts and 10,230 volts.

The SYMMETRY XT SMART fireplace arrives from the factory with a NEW realistic style flame pattern. Enjoy our flame presentation in a new style that mimics real fire like never before. If you prefer Amantii’s traditional diffused flame appearance, simply remove the included stencil.
Hassle-Free Installation – Standardized Sizing
The SYMMETRY fireplaces have been made with standardized unit sizing.
Standardized fireplace sizing creates hassle-free installation at any stage of the project. This means that the opening for the fireplace can be made at any stage of a build – the appliance can be easily installed and finished with the included surround at the end of a project. The surround beautifully completes the fireplace without the need for detailed or costly finishing.
Clean Face
NO UNSIGHTLY VENTING – Unlike electric fireplace models made by other manufacturers, SYMMETRY-XT-SMART fireplaces are unencumbered by unsightly venting or red glowing heat grills. Venting and grills take away from the aesthetics of a fireplace and the SYMMETRY-XT-SMART series has some of the biggest glass viewing areas in the industry. You’ll see more of what is important – a beautiful, warm and comforting flame display.
